Băgaciu

Bagaciu ( German Bogeschdorf or Bogendorf, såksesch Bogeschdref, Hungarian Szászbogács or Bogács ) is a commune in Mureş county in Transylvania, Romania.

History

Bogeschdorf / arch village was originally founded around the year 1300 by the Saxons in Adelboden, then won but together with the adjacent towns of Media shear chair the Sibiu law and became a free commune of crown land. The first written record dates from 1359.
