Bahamas at the 1972 Summer Olympics
Bahamas participated in the 1972 Summer Olympics in Munich, part of a delegation of 20 athletes ( 19 men and one woman ) who started in four sports at 14 competition. The Athlete Mike Sands was chosen as the flag bearer for the opening ceremony.
