Bahjat Talhouni

Bahdschat Abd al -Qadir at- Talhuni (Arabic بهجت عبد القادر التلهوني, DMG Bahǧat ʿ Abdu l - Qādir at- Talhūnī, also Bahjat Abdul Khadr al - Talhouni; * 1913 in Ma'an, Ottoman Empire, † January 30, 1994 in Amman ) was a Jordanian politician and four times Prime Minister of Jordan.

Life

Born in present-day Jordan at- Talhuni was appointed judge in Kerak after studying law in 1938 and worked there until 1952 when he was appointed President of the Court of Appeal.
