Baltic Beverages Holding

The Baltic Beverages Holding AB (BBH ) is on the territory of the former Soviet Union active, registered in Sweden brewery company headquartered in Stockholm and St. Petersburg.

Baltic Beverages Holding AB was until 2008 a 50:50 joint venture between Carlsberg AS and Scottish & Newcastle, after the takeover of S & N by Carlsberg and Heineken BBH is owned 100 % of the Carlsberg Group. BBH is currently majority owner of a total of 18 breweries, including ten in Russia, three in Ukraine, four in the Baltic States and one in Kazakhstan. 2005, the Baltic Beverages Holding AB 14,000 employees, net sales of 1.7 billion euros and an EBIT of 351 million euros.
