The Bappagai (Russian Баппагай, Yakut Бааппагай ) is a right tributary of Wiljui in the Sakha Republic in eastern Siberia.
The river rises in the central Siberian mountains. It flows predominantly in a northerly direction in the Mitteljakutische lowlands and flows from the south into a southern branch of the right Wiljui, 170 km before its confluence with the Lena. The Bappagai has in its lower reaches to very many narrow meander. The Bappagai has a length of 307 km. It drains an area of 4650 km ². The A331 trunk road between Wiljui Wiljuisk and Yakutsk crosses the Bappagai to its headwaters.
