Baptist Reinmann

Baptist clean man ( born October 31, 1903 in Herzogenaurach, † 2 March 1980) was a German football player. He was with the 1st FC Nuremberg in football one time German champion

Clean man began his career at the 1 FC Herzogenaurach and moved in 1925 to the 1st FC Nuremberg, where he was employed as a right winger. His greatest club success was winning the German championship 1927. 1935 he ended his active career at the club. In total, he completed 10 years in 281 appearances for the Franks.

In the German national team, he played 1927-1929 a total of four times and also participated with the team at the 1928 Olympic Games in Amsterdam, where he was not used.

He could run 100 meters in 11.1 seconds and was still able to hit precise edges. The oft-repeated special trick of the later Financial Secretary: He deceived at full speed to a stop, or retraction of the ball. While the opponent yet responded, he was off and away already. However, he was sometimes too timid and without self-confidence, and came into the national team not get past Ernst Albrecht.

Due to a hamstring injury he had to end his career.

In the Easy Credit Stadium in Nuremberg, where the 1st FC Nuremberg plays its home games in the Bundesliga, the block was named after him 39.
