Barak Yitzhaki

Barak Itzhaki (Hebrew ברק יצחקי ) ( born September 25, 1984 in Ashkelon ) is an Israeli footballer who plays for Maccabi Tel Aviv.

Club career

The striker comes from the youth team of Hapoel Ashkelon. In 2003, Beitar Jerusalem Itzhaki caught up in their team. In Beitar Jerusalem he played for five years and scored 18 goals. In January 2008 he moved to Belgian club KRC Genk in which he signed a three and a half year contract. When KRC Genk also played his compatriot Elyaniv Barda. Itzhaki wore the shirt number 99

After half a year, however, Itzhaki decided to return to Jerusalem and signed with Beitar Jerusalem a four-year contract.

Since 2010 he plays for Maccabi Tel Aviv.

National team career

On June 2, 2007 Itzhaki was against Macedonia his debut for the senior team.
