Barton-upon-Humber
Barton -upon -Humber or Barton is a small town in the district of North Lincolnshire in England on the south bank of the River Humber, and at one end of the Humber Bridge. Barton is 74 km east of Leeds, 10 km southwest of Hull and 50 km northeast of the county seat Lincoln. The town has about 9334 inhabitants (as of 2009).
History
Barton is a former major center for the production of bicycles that have been produced since 1880 by the company Hopper 's Cycles.
