Be-Bop-Highschool

Be-Bop High School (Japaneseビーバップ· ·ハイ スクール) is a manga series of the Japanese manga illustrator Kazuhiro Kiuchi, which was published from 1983 to 2003 in Japan. The series was adapted including in the form of six films, two original video animations and one other manga.

Content

The plot of manga and anime revolves around two high school students Katō Hiroshi and Nakama Toru. The two always looking for a fight and a change in the dreary school day. You scoff at the Rector and have it in for pretty girls. Easy to recognize they are at their lard tunnels.

Publication

The manga was published from 1983 to 2003 in the manga magazine Young Magazine of the publisher Kodansha. This chapter also published in 48 anthologies.

In 1990 a spin-off, which was drawn by Memeoka Manhiru. Under the title of Be-Bop Kaizokuban six volumes were published by Kodansha.

Adaptations

Real Movies

From 1985 to 1988 six live-action movies were produced for the series. In 1994 a further movies. 2004 and 2005 a television series was also aired by TBS based on the manga.

Animes

In the 1990s, two OVA series were produced with three or seven episodes, both of Toei Animation. The three episodes of Be-Bop Kaizokuban published by March 22, 1991 to 25 June 1993.

From Be-Bop High School the first episode directed appeared on January 26, 1990, the last on 21 March 1995. During the 45-minute long episodes led Hiroyuki KAKUDO and Toshihiko Arisako. For character design and artistic director Junichi Hayama was responsible. The music was composed by Ginjiro Ito.

In 1988, Data East, a game titled Be-Bop High School: Koukousei Gokuraku Densetsu (ビー バップ ハイ スクール 高校生 極楽 伝説, Gokuraku legendary high school bi- BAPPU Hai Sukuru ) released for the Nintendo Family Computer.
