The Belkin International, Inc. is a manufacturer of computer hardware and computer peripherals, which specializes in wireless devices and connecting hardware such as cables, USB hubs, network technology and uninterruptible power supply.

The company is headquartered in Playa Vista, Los Angeles, California. Belkin sold to both consumers and the commercial business-to -business market.

History

The company was founded in Hawthorne (California ) in 1983 by the current president Chet Pipkin and has been twice in the list of 500 fastest growing companies in the " Inc. Magazine " listed. 2011 Mark Reynoso resigned as President and CEO of the company. 2012 Belkin presented at the Consumer Electronics Show a new company logo. It symbolizes the strong Engagenment of employees. 2013 took over from Belkin Cisco Linksys home networking division.

2007 Belkin TuneFM was awarded the FM transmitter of the year when iLounge 's Car Accessory of the Year Award. Belkin TuneBaseFM 2008 was also excellent.
