Ben Westbeech

Ben Westbeech (* 1980 in Bristol), better known as Breach, is an English DJ from Hertfordshire. For publication in the field of drum and bass, he also used the name Lean.

Biography

Ben Westbeech has a classically trained cellist, pianist and singer. For two years he made a college education in music and drama. Since he was twelve years old, but he also tried his hand as a DJ and music made in the field house and drum and bass. In 2006, he was the DJ Gilles Peterson on at a festival and he took him to his new label. There Westbeech published a year later his first album Welcome to the Best Years of Your Life.

Over the years he published regularly and produced music. From 2010 he also used the name Breach. Under this name he got his big break in the summer of 2013. With the single Jack he had a Top Ten hit in the official UK charts. Later that year, he was able to repeat the success with the singer Andreya Triana and the single Everything You Never Had ( We Had It All ).
