Bengtsfors
Bengtsfors is a place ( tätort ) in the Swedish province of Västra Götaland County and the historic province of Dalsland. He is also chief town of the same name.
The village lies between the two lakes Lelång and Bengtsbrohöljen who are here joined by a lock and form a part of Dalsland Canal. 1895 Bengtfors was connected to the railroad in the Lelångenbanan on which the regular traffic in 1960 reinstated.

Gammelgrden
The Gammelgrden is the largest open air museum in western Sweden. There are approximately 17 landscape typical historic building in him.
Halmens Hus
The Halmens Hus (English House of Straw ) is the former center and today's Museum of Strohflechterhandwerks. It is located next Gammelgrden.

Dal Västra Värmland Järnväg
Bengtsfors is the terminus of the former 52 km long railway line between Årjäng and Bengtsfors. The route is now used as a tourist attraction, because here everyone can find a trolley track. Between Mellerud and Bengtsfors service also operates a rail bus with connection to the passenger boats on the Dalsland Canal.
