Benito Zambrano

Benito Zambrano ( born March 20, 1964 in Lebrija ) is a Spanish film director.

In Seville he studied dramaturgy at the Theatre Institute. He then worked as a TV cameraman at Canal Sur. In 1992 he went to Cuba and studied for two years at the International School of Film and Television in San Antonio de los Baños. For his first feature film Solas he received the Panorama Audience Award at the Berlinale 1999.
