Benjamin Franklin Medal (Royal Society of Arts)

The Royal Society of Arts Benjamin Franklin Medal was established on the 250th birthday of Benjamin Franklin and the 200th anniversary of his membership of the Royal Society of Arts to life in 1956.

The medal is awarded by the Royal Society of Arts to individuals, groups and organizations that made profound efforts in the Anglo-American understanding in areas that are closely linked to the agenda of the Royal Society of Arts. You will also be awarded to those that provide contributions to world issues raised by the connection between the U.S. and the UK about.

The medal is awarded annually, alternately in the United States and Great Britain.
