Bergsviken

Bergsviken is a place ( tätort ) in the southeastern Swedish province of Norrbotten County and is located in the municipality of Piteå.

The European Route 4 leads to Bergsviken passing over a bridge over the Piteälven after Piteå. From the E 4 branches in Bergsviken the Länsväg 373 in direction from Arvidsjaur.

In the first steam sawmill Bergsviken Norrbotten was opened in 1858, which is an important economic boost for the area around Piteå and for the development of industry in the 19th century Norrbotten total represented.
