Bergsøy

Bergsøya is one among the Sørøyane ( southern islands ) belonging island in Sunnmøre ( Møre og Romsdal ). The archipelago is located southwest of Ålesund.

Bergsøya belongs to the municipality Herøy. On the island is Fosnavåg, the administrative center of the municipality. The island is connected to the neighboring islands Leinøya, Gurskøya, Remøya, round and Nerlandsøya with bridges.
