Bericap

The Bericap GmbH and Co KG is a manufacturer of plastic screw caps with headquarters in Bude home. The Bericap Group employs approximately 3,000 people at 21 locations in 19 countries (as of 2013).

In 2010, accounted for almost two-thirds of the turnover in the production of plastic closures for beverage containers. Among the company's clients include Coca Cola and Heineken.

History

In 1926 Jacob Jacob Berg Berg GmbH & Co for the production of tin cans. Since 1987, the company focuses on the production of plastic closures, the sale of which today accounts for 100 percent of the paragraph.

1996, the company renamed itself BERICAP.

The turnover amounted to around 640 million euros in 2012.
