Best of Crystal Kay was published in a regular 2CD and a limited 3CD version. The album contains all of their singles, which have occurred up to this point. With the exception that the singles Teenage Universe: Chewing Gum Baby, Shadows of Desire and Bye My Darling! are not present. In addition, some items are included from their studio albums, in addition to that the limited version contains unreleased songs.
