Ebert William Amâncio, short Betão ( born November 11, 1983 in São Paulo ) is a Brazilian footballer.

Career

Betão began in 2001 his career with his hometown club Corinthians. Having the option to extend his contract, did not want to use the end of 2007, he moved to FC Santos in early 2008. Previously, he had played 14 years for Corinthians and worn the captain's armband during the 2007 season. In his last season he went down with his club and was appointed there as a scapegoat. For Santos, he played only five games before he set out on his next station, Dynamo Kiev. He signed a five year contract with Kiev and cost 2.5 million euro transfer fee. With his new club, he has quickly become regulars.

For the second half of 2012/13 Kiev Betão borrowed from the French first division club FC relegation Evian Thonon Gaillard. With the Savoy, it not only managed to stay in the league, but he stood with them in the National Cup Final.
