Betsy Russell

Betsy Russell ( born September 6, 1963 in San Diego, California) is an American actress. She became famous by roles in several B-movies in the 1980s, and as Jill Tuck in the U.S. horror-thriller series Saw.

Biography

Betsy Russell was born in San Diego. Your first experience in acting, she gained in theater and drama groups at her high school. After graduating from Mission Bay Senior High School in 1981, she moved to Los Angeles. There she worked as a waitress and took acting lessons.

Her first role was Betsy Russell in 1982 in the film Let's Do It! and in the series Family Ties and T. J. Hooker. Her breakthrough achieved in the comedy Private School - The Superanmacher. Subsequently, she got several roles in most commercially less successful B-movie film productions. Also in the TV series The A-Team and Murder, She Wrote joined them in guest appearances. After she paused from acting for several years, she celebrated her comeback in the horror films Saw III, Saw IV, Saw V, Saw VI and Saw 3D in the role of Jill Tuck.

She was 1989-2005 married to Vincent Van Patten. She has two children.
