BFC Siófok

The Bodajk FC Siófok, short BFC Siófok, is a football club based in Siófok, a small town in Hungary on the southern shore of Lake Balaton (Hungarian Balaton ). The club was founded in 1921 as Siófok SE ( SE = Sportegyesület, " sports club "). The name component Bodajk stems from a merger (probably over by ) the Bodajk FC in 2005 ago. The club colors are yellow and blue. The BFC Siófok plays its home games at the Géza Revesz Stadium, which is named after the psychologist Géza Revesz and has a capacity of 10,500 spectators.

In the Hungarian Cup final of 1984, the BFC Siófok defeated the team of Raba Vasas ETO Gyor, Gyori ETO FC today 2-1 and won so its up to now only major title.

After the club played in the years 1985-1994, 1996-2000 and 2002-2004, the first Hungarian Football League, the Nemzeti National Championship I, he rose after the 2006/07 season again in the NB I.. However, this rise came about only because the competitor Haladás Szombathely 8 points were deducted due to the use of players with no player eligibility.
