Bilal Kısa ( born June 22, 1983 in Merzifon ( Amasya ), Turkey) is a Turkish football player. Currently, the midfielder for Akhisar Belediyespor plays. Due to his playmaker skills he jokingly in reference to the Italian playmaker Andrea Pirlo called Piröo Bilal.
