The Bilsener Bek is a right of Bach Pinnau. It rises in Bilsen near the shirt Inger Heath and flows Kieler Strasse ( German Street 4) towards the east by the chicken bog. Here, the creek forms the boundary between the districts of Pinneberg and Segeberg. The Bilsener Bek opens near Alveslohe in the Pinnau. The creek is not navigable.
