Blair Brown

Blair Brown ( born April 23, 1946 in Washington, DC ) is an American actress.

Brown graduated in 1969 Canada's National Theatre School, and later she appeared in numerous plays such as The School for Scandal and The Merchant of Venice. For her starring role in the play Copenhagen she won the 2000 Tony Award.

As a film actress Brown starred with William Hurt in The Altered States (1980). For her role in the film as Two Cat and Mouse (1981 ), in which she starred alongside John Belushi, she was nominated for the Golden Globe Film Awards. She also appeared in television series such as Kennedy (1983) and Space (1985). For her role in the television series The Days and Nights of Molly Dodd (1987 to 1991) she was nominated several times for an Emmy Award.

From 2008 to 2013, it was on the hit U.S. series Fringe - see limiting cases of the FBI.

Brown lived from 1976 to 1985 with actor Richard Jordan together, they have a son.
