Blériot 111

The Blériot 111 - also known as the Blériot Bl- 111 - was a relatively unsuccessful and therefore never went into series production design by the French manufacturer Blériot Aéronautique a passenger aircraft.

General

The aircraft, whose first version was launched on its maiden flight with the designation 111/1 in 1929, was a passenger aircraft, designed for first five, in later versions up to seven passengers. The Blériot company built a total of two copies. These two basic patterns were developed in different variants on. Ultimately, it was decided not to let build in series this machine.

Construction

The Blériot 111 it was a low-wing aircraft in mixed Holz-/Metallbauweise. The wings were braced with two struts of the surfaces to the fuselage in order to stabilize.

Blériot 111/6

First flight: May 1934
