The Blind ( Otuwhero ) River is a small river in the Marlborough region of New Zealand. The official New Zealand name spelling adds to the English name for the name of the Maori for the river in parentheses.

The river empties 4 km north of Lake Grassmere and south of the mouth of the Awatere River in the Clifford Bay. The State Highway 1 crosses the river south of Seddon. The small settlement " Blind River " located downriver on the south bank of the lower reaches of the river.
