Blind Zero

Blind Zero are a Portuguese grunge / rock band from Porto.

History

The band was founded in January 1994 in Porto. Appearance, style of music and singing were based on Grunge, especially the popular band Pearl Jam. The debut album was produced by Trigger 1995 Ronnie S. Champagne, who previously worked for bands like Alice in Chains and Jane 's Addiction. Blind Zero then took a few songs in a project with the hip- hop group Minda da Gap on, published the recording of their Unplugged concert on Antena 3, and were common at major festivals in the country, including Super Bock Super Rock (1995 and 2005), the Festa do Avante! (2007), and in Paredes de Coura (1998).

The band was honored at the 2003 MTV Europe Music Awards as the Best Portuguese Act. 2010 reached their album Luna Park the top 10 sales charts in Portugal.
