The Blinnenhorn (Italian Corno Cieco ) rises with its 3'374 m above sea level. M. as the highest peak on Nufenenpass. It forms the cornerstone of the southeastern canton of Valais and is a border mountain between Switzerland and Italy. After SOIUSA classification it belongs to the Monte Leone Blinnenhorn group in the western section Lepontine Alps.

On its eastern side is the starting point of the Gries glacier.
