Blue Hill (Nebraska)

Blue Hill is a town in the U.S. state of Nebraska and is part of Webster County. The small town has, among other things, a park, an outdoor pool and a golf course.
Geography
The place is located in the south of the state of Nebraska, near the border with the neighboring state of Kansas south of the Little Blue River. The running from North to South Federal Highway U.S. Highway 281 is located east of Blue Hill.
History
Blue Hill should first be called Belmont, but since another village named in Nebraska already was present, the village came to be called " Blue Hill ". The name is derived from its location on the hills south of the Little Blue River.
