Showdown at Adlerpaß is an American Western directed by Robert N. Bradbury from the year 1934.

Action

John is suspected by Sheriff Jake wrongly, to have stolen $ 4,000 to pay money for miners from a hotel. As the sheriff wants to arrest him, therefore, they must both Betty Mason help, whose father had been recently shot during a robbery. In pursuit of the perpetrators of the Sheriff falls from his horse into an abyss. John helps the sheriff to get back on its feet.

The unknown leader of the gang moved Betty, who fled to the nearby city to live in his house outside. There, the young woman overheard a conversation from which it appears to who they are in their hosts. In addition, she learns that these leaders know of a gold mine, which is located on the territory of the rancher. In order to take the lead in possession, the gang both the ranchers as well as the residents of the nearby town tries to sell by, coat of ranchers and food transports for the small town. Betty is discovered in their Lauscherei and locked in a room. John and the sheriff free them and discover the way the loot from the raids on food shipments and transfer them to the townspeople. In the final scene, John and Betty tell the sheriff that they want to marry.

The Sheriff expressed his suspicions concerning John, whereupon he proves his innocence, Betty presents him as Marshal of Sacramento.
