Bmibaby was a British low-cost airline based in Castle Donnington and a subsidiary of bmi.

History

The airline was ( briefly bmi) founded on 17 January 2002 as a subsidiary of Deutsche Lufthansa and British Midland Airways and lifted on 22 March 2002 on its maiden flight from East Midlands to Malaga from.

Since June 2005, the airline also offered seats on compounds of the parent company bmi to serve more airports within Europe can. However, bmibaby was unlike bmi - who also resigned in May 2012 again - never a member or partner of the Star Alliance.

Objectives

Bmibaby flew recently from their bases at the airports Belfast City, East Midlands and Birmingham to a total of 36 cities and holiday destinations within Europe, such as Paris, Prague, Venice, Menorca, Geneva and Glasgow. The only goals in the German-speaking countries, both the Cologne / Bonn, which was flown from East Midlands airport until May 2012.
