Robert " Bobby" Woodward Rahal ( born June 10, 1953 in Medina, Ohio, USA ) is a former racing driver, today's co-owner of a team in the IndyCar Series and entrepreneurs.
Rahal was in his career as a racing driver three times the American Cart series, the overall winner, won a total of 24 races there and denied in 1978 two races in Formula 1 for Walter Wolf Racing. In 1986, he won on a March -Cosworth 500 miles of Indianapolis. At his overall victory in the Cart series 1992 he was the first driver, who was also co-owner of the vehicle onset of teams. Rahal was the early 2000s in Formula 1 team boss at Jaguar Racing. He is currently co-owner of the last 2008 as occurred in the Rahal Letterman Racing IndyCar Series team.
Rahal also now operates the motor vehicle distribution Rahal Automotive Group. His son, Graham Rahal, is also a racing driver.
