Bombs Away is an Australian Electro-/Hip-Hop-Duo from Gold Coast.

History

The two twin brothers Matthew and Thomas Coleman founded the band in late 2009 in Perth, where they were drawn in their youth. The end of 2011 they moved back to their birthplace Gold Coast. The duo released their first single Big Booty Bitches in mid-2010 Central Station Records. The associated video was viewed more than 2 million times on YouTube and the single reached in the Australian dance chart top spot. With their third single called Super Soaker they reached with number 52 for the first time the Australian Singles Chart, and in the wake of this success, her first single reached the charts at number 68 in the top 50 of the Australian charts, it managed only one song, her 2012 published song Rave Bass ( feat. The Twins ). This rose to number 25 in November 2012. With Rave Bass on place 26 and Super Soaker 37th, the band had two singles in the top 50 of the Australian Dance year-end charts in 2012. The other two singles Drunk Arcade ( No. 67 ) and Better Luck Next Time ( No. 54 ) were able to place in the Australian Top 100.
