Branko Lazarević (Serbian Cyrillic - Бранко Лазаревић, born May 14, 1984 in Gracanica ) is a Serbian football player.

Career

Lazarević was recorded in 2002 as a 18- year-old in the first team of the Serbian first division side FK Vojvodina Novi Sad. After he had been regularly used during his first season for the team, he became the second season first-team regular. This helped him to a place in the Serbian U- 21 team as well as to participate in the Olympic Games in 2004, where he played two games and finished in 16th and last place with Serbia and Montenegro. Internal club he lost a year later his place and moved to the winter break 2005/ 06 for second division side FK ČSK Pivara. There he was one and a half years, one of the performers, what a return to the top flight enabled him in the summer of 2007, when he signed for OFK Belgrade. Also in the Serbian capital, he came on regular missions, even if it was not undisputed master players.

As Lazarevićs contract in Belgrade in the summer of 2010 ended, showed a number of European clubs interested in him. He opted for a change to the French first division SM Caen. For this he made his debut in the league, as he against AJ Auxerre on Matchday 5 came over the full 90 minutes in the 1-1 used and completed by the end of season four more games. From then on he retired to more long-lasting injuries and was available for the first team not once on the court, as Caen suffered relegation to the second division in the season 2011 /12. In the following season, he recorded no use in the pros, so his contract was not renewed in the summer of 2013. The then 29 -year-old decided in view of an end of his career.
