Bravo-class submarine

P1

The Soviet submarines Project 690 (NATO reporting Bravo class) were built between 1960 and 1970 in the USSR. They had been developed specifically for the requirements of a submarine for training in submarine battle, but could also be used to a limited extent in the fight. They were built so that they could also serve as a target for practice torpedoes. Since 1995, all units of this class are decommissioned.

One was demilitarized and sold in 1994. It was rebuilt by the new owners to a restaurant.
