Brenner (crater)

Brenner is an impact crater in the southern lunar front side, northwest of the crater Fabricius and west of Metius. The crater is heavily eroded and superimposed on the southeastern edge of the large craters A burner.

The crater was officially named by the IAU in 1935 by Leo Brenner, pseudonym of Austrian writer and astronomer Spiridon Gopcevic.
