Brescia–Cremona railway

The railway Brescia - Cremona is a standard gauge railway line in Italy.

History

The line was built as part of the connection Pavia - Cremona -Brescia and opened in 1866. Initially operated by the Società Italiana per le strade meridionali ferrate (SFM ), in 1868 it passed to the SFAI.

From 1 July 1885, went on in the Rete Adriatica (RA ) and therefore was again operated by the SFM. With the nationalization of the railways in 1905 it was operated by the Ferrovie dello Stato (FS ).
