Brian Dzingai

Brian Farai ( born April 29, 1981 in Harare ) is a Zimbabwean sprinter who specializes in the 200 -meter run.

At the Track - Africa Championships 2006 Bambous he was about 200 meters sixth. The following year he won at the Pan-African Games in Algiers with the 4 x 100 - meter relay bronze medal. At the World Athletics Championships 2007 in Osaka Farai reached the semifinal round in the 200 -meter run.

His best ever international result he achieved at the 2008 Olympics in Beijing, where he finished fourth in the 200 -meter run. Farai however benefited from the disqualification of Churchill Andy and Megan Wallace Spearmons that before, although he reached the goal but their track marks had crossed illegally. At the World Athletics Championships in Berlin in 2009, he left in the preliminary round.

Brian Farai is 1,67 m tall and has a competition weight of 67 kg. He attended Florida State University.
