Brian Laudrup

Brian Laudrup ( born February 22, 1969 in Vienna, Austria ) is a former Danish football player.

Career

Clubs

Brian Laudrup started his professional career in 1986 at Brøndby IF, moved to Germany in 1989 and initially played one season at the Bundesliga Bayer Uerdingen. He made his debut on July 28, 1989 ( 1st Round ) 3-0 home victory over FC Homburg. On August 23 (5th Round ) get him his first two goals as the Hamburger SV in the home game 5-2 was defeated. Others

Brian Laudrup is married and has two children. His father Finn Laudrup and his older brother Michael Laudrup were also professional football players. Brian was born in Vienna, as his father was at this time just the Wiener Sport - Club active professional. In September 2010 it was announced that Laudrup has been diagnosed with lymphatic cancer in early stage.
