Brian Mills (television director)

Brian Mills ( born October 25, 1933, Manchester, † 3 June 2006 ) was a British television director who worked mainly for Granada Television.

Life and career

Brian Mills was married to TV actress Brigit Forsyth. He directed episodes of the series Strangers, Bulman, First Among Equals and Coronation Street. Best known he was working on the series The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes, in which he, inter alia, in the feature film The Hound of the Baskervilles directed by. He died on 3 June 2006 in his native Manchester at the age of 72 years.
