Broadland

Broadland is a District in the county of Norfolk in England, which is named after the Norfolk Broads. Administrative headquarters are Thorpe St Andrew; significant sights are Acle, Aylsham, Blofield, Brundall, Hellesdon, Hevingham, Horsford, Reepham, Salhouse, Sprowston, Taverham and Wroxham.

The district was formed on 1 April 1974 and evolved from the merger of St. Faith's and Aylsham Rural District and part of the Rural District Blofield and Flegg.
