Brod na Kupi

Brod na Kupi is a village in Croatia about 12 km north of Delnice ( Gorski Kotar Primorje - ) with about 400 inhabitants. The village is situated on a tributary of the Kupa, after which it is named. In Brod na Kupi a border crossing to Slovenia.

Ribarsko ( fishing village ), the old name of the village refers to the abundance of fish around. Even today, this area is popular with anglers. The place is a starting point for tourists visiting the Gorski Kotar.

Main attraction is the church of Sv. Magdalene from 1670.
