Bruce Bastin

Bruce Bastin ( born September 19, 1939 in Chelmsford, England) is the leading expert when it comes to the blues styles and performers of the east coast of the United States (" Piedmont Blues ").

He has a degree in " folklore " of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is the author of the standard works Crying for the Carolines and Red River Blues: The Blues Tradition in the Southeast.

Bruce Bastin is also owner and CEO of Interstate Music, Ltd. , West Sussex, England, with the record labels
