The Buchloe station is the only railway station in the town of Buchloe. It is the hub of the railway lines Augsburg- Buchloe and Buchloe -Memmingen Allgäu and the web.

History

The Buchloe station was opened with the railway Augsburg- Kaufbeuren on September 1, 1847, the station building was only a year later on October 15, 1848 completed. The station was at that time still about a kilometer away from the place Buchloe. The place then had about 850 inhabitants and was selected as one of eleven water and Eilgutkursstationen between Augsburg and Lindau. After the construction of the former station building, a loading facility for three cars and a cattle ramp were built in the loading area. First construction

Current building since 1967
