Cabañaquinta

Cabañaquinta is one of 18 parroquias in the municipality Aller of the autonomous community of Asturias in Spain.

Geography

Cabañaquinta ( Asturian Cabana Quinta ) is the capital and administrative center of the municipality Aller of the autonomous region of Asturias in Spain. He also makes a parroquia this community.

History

Since 1869 is Cabañaquinta capital of the municipality Aller ( until then it was Collanzo in today's Parroquia Santibáñez de La Fuente ). By 1887, the parish belonged to Vega, but became independent in 1892 by her. 1899 Construction of a church was begun, which was completed on 28 August 1902, inaugurated in 1904.

Climate

Pleasantly mild summers with mild also, rarely severe winters. In the highlands of the winters can be quite severe.
