Cage (Band)

Cage is an American heavy metal band from San Diego. Her style is classic Heavy Metal with influences from the U.S. power metal.

History

Nominally, Cage was founded in 1992, first demos were recorded in 1995. In 1999, she won the band contest organized with 600 participants of the magazine Rock Hard, after which they released their first regular album Unveiled at Omega Records. Appearances at the Dynamo Open Air and Wacken Open Air followed after. Published in 2000 Cage Album Astrology. With the album Darker Than Black ( 2003), she switched to the German label Massacre Records.

When Bang -Your- Head Festival 2004, there was a brawl between the Cage vocalist Sean Peck and Blaze Bayley ( ex-member of Iron Maiden). Due Bayley remarks against the policies of George W. Bush sparked a dispute that ended in a brawl. Bayley was doing a black eye from it.

In 2007, the album Hell Destroyer was released. It tells conceptually the Apocalypse according to the Book of Revelation.
