Cagwait, Surigao del Sur

Cagwait is a Philippine municipality in the province of Surigao del Sur. The most important educational institutions of the community is the Surigao del Sur State University, it was founded in 2010.

Geography

Cagwait located 32 km southwest of the provincial capital of Surigao del Sur Tandag City. It is bordered on the north by the municipality of Bayabas and Marihatag in the south. To the east is the Pacific Ocean, to the west the Diwataberge.
