Caio César Alves dos Santos (born 29 May 1986 as Mirandopolis, São Paulo), better known as Caio, is a Brazilian footballer.

Career

He comes from the youth of Grêmio Recreativo Barueri. From there he was awarded to Guarani FC, ​​Sport Club Internacional SE Palmeiras and.
