Candelaria, Atlántico

Candelaria is a municipality in the province of Atlántico in Colombia with 17,100 inhabitants (as of 1 January 2005). The community is located 60 km south of the provincial capital of Barranquilla. Candelaria was founded in 1760 and 1860 to the municipality.
