Cándido Fabré

Cándido Fabré ( born September 10, 1957 in San Luis (Santiago de Cuba ) ) is a Cuban musician, songwriter and singer, who is famous for his improvisational skills.

He became famous in 1983 as a member of the original Charanga de Manzanillo, for which he and other hits " Coge el camarón ", " Soy cubano, soy de Oriente ", "A la hora que me voy llamen ", " Guayabita del Pinar " " ¿ qien ha visto por ahí mi sombrero de Yarey? " wrote. In 1993 he started his own Cándido Fabré y su Banda.

Its over 1000 compositions have been covered by Orquesta Aragon, Los Van Van, Grupo Manguaré, Issac Delgado, Ritmo Oriental and Los Karachi, outside Cuba by Celia Cruz, Oscar D' Leon and Jose Alberto " El Canario ".
